About us

British-Polish. Family-run. Fine furniture from Poland since 2002.

M7 has over 20 years' experience sourcing furniture and related products from Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in 2002, we have worked with over 20 Polish furniture manufacturers, and still do.

We aim to cover every spectrum of the furniture industry: from upholstered dining and living room furniture to solid wood sideboards and tables, from Corian cupboards to steel shelving, from electric recliners to medical cabinets.

We act as an export agent for Polish companies which are, on average, medium to large, modern, family-run businesses. In turn, we have steady clients in France, Germany, Ireland and Britain for whom we act as sourcing agent. Beyond Poland, our network extends from the Baltic republics to Ukraine, Bosnia and Bulgaria.

Many of our producers have their own design capabilities, while many of our overseas clients want manufacturers to produce according to their own designs. We are adaptable and cater for both.

We understand both sides.

We understand the difficulties faced by clients from abroad, and those faced by our Polish manufacturers. We cross cultures and strive to overcome any misunderstanding that may arise.

You can locate your production with one of the factories we work with or, for a very specific request, we will search for and select a factory especially for you. We do not leave it there: with every client we develop and nurture the project, taking care of issues as they arise: developmental, financial, contractual and logistical.

In doing so we establish long-lasting relationships on your behalf. Our manufacturers are not interested in "one-order-wonders"; they have your long-term interests at heart, which means they concentrate on quality to win your repeat business.

The man who started it all. Gordon arrived in Poland in 1991 and hasn't looked back since, building deep expertise in the furniture industry and a company that runs like clockwork. With decades of knowledge and a knack for keeping everything smooth and on track, he's seen it all and solved it all. When he's not steering the ship, you'll find him in his garden, either tending to his plants, building yet another shed (there's always room for one more), or soaking up quality time with his grandkids. A true maker, whether it's furniture, garden structures, or lasting business relationships.

From concept to doorstep, Fiona makes it happen. She guides companies through setting up production in Poland, orchestrates transport like a seasoned conductor, and has cracked the post-Brexit dispatch puzzle so you don't have to. Equal parts strategic thinker and problem solver, she thrives on turning complex logistics into seamless operations. When she's not untangling customs paperwork, you'll find her curating her plant collection, spoiling her dog, or ensuring everything around her looks just right, because aesthetics matter, even in supply chains.

Szymon orchestrates our order schedule with the precision of a Swiss watch, always knowing exactly what's happening, when it's happening, and how to keep everything on track. Off the clock, you'll find him cycling up hills that would make most people weep or smashing serves on the tennis court. Deadlines don't scare him, but a flat tire on a Sunday ride? That's a different story.

Our part-time IT guru keeps us firmly planted in the 21st century, tackling everything from server meltdowns to the oddest of odd jobs that no one else will touch. Juggling studies, tech crises, and a packed schedule, he's always on the move, usually powered by Neapolitan pizza and an impressive ability to build just about anything. If it's broken, bizarre, or needs a creative fix, Bartosz is your guy.
