How M7 supports a refurbishment
One contact at M7 for every room in the home. We place each item with a suitable manufacturer in our Polish network and coordinate the whole order, so you are not managing several suppliers.
Send a room list, floor plan or draft schedule. We help turn it into a furniture schedule and specification, and arrange samples and fabric choices before production starts.
The process
Tell us about the home and the rooms being refurbished. A room list, floor plan or existing schedule is a good start.
We agree models, quantities, dimensions and finishes for each room.
You review samples and choose fabrics and finishes before anything is made.
The order is produced by manufacturers in our Polish network, with M7 as your single point of contact.
The furniture is delivered to the home as agreed in the order.
What matters in care settings
Seat height and depth are listed on our contract product pages, so you can match chairs to residents' needs room by room.
Armrest heights are published alongside seat heights, to help you choose arms that support residents when sitting and standing.
Choose fabrics suited to frequent cleaning. We send samples so your team can check them, and confirm with the manufacturer what each fabric offers.
Some frames are reinforced. The Tanum 1 frame is strengthened with an extra board, described by the manufacturer as ideal for institutes of challenging behaviour.
Requirements differ by country. Tell us which standard applies to your home and we will check with the manufacturer which products and fabrics meet it, and what documentation is available.
